comfy bed huge room amazing pool
i got a superior king room and it was huge! the bed was super comfy and i slept like a log. i also went to the pool, it was amazing with plenty of space to relax and swim!
the check-in line was a little slow when i arrived, but the staff were trying their best.

a amazing stay!
grand entrance personalized message birthday cake
The entrance impressed me immediately. It is really grand! i was delighted to find balloons, rose petals, and a personalized message on the bathroom mirror in our superior king room. This decoration was for my husband's birthday! champagne on ice and a birthday cake were also included. It was all so thoughtful. the afternoon tea had such fresh ingredients. It tasted AMAZING!!!
The air conditioning was a little noisy at times. It could be updated.

I enjoyed access to a well-equipped gym. It featured various machines and free weights, suitable for a comprehensive workout. the hotel also had a large pool perfect for morning laps or a relaxing swim after a busy day of sightseeing.

The staff were really attentive and friendly. They responded quickly to all requests and with such kindness. i also appreciated the efficient luggage storage after checkout. This allowed me to explore nearby attractions without baggage.

The location allowed easy access to various attractions. The room included a spacious shower room. The bed provided great comfort. The entire staff displayed really good helpfulness and courtesy. I was very happy.
The hot water system occasionally presented slight inconsistencies.

upgraded room central location special occasion late check
we received an upgraded room. the children enjoyed treats upon arrival along with later desserts. its central location proved convenient for christmas sights and shopping. the staff arranged to, they decorated the room beautifully for the special occasion. we were able to get a late check out too.
The absence of a functional fridge in the room posed a slight inconvenience. They removed one from another room, it still contained the other guests yogurts

The location was fantastic for accessing city attractions. Staff were helpful and professional at all times. The gym had modern equipment and towels. The pool area included comfortable loungers for relaxation. I stored my luggage with ease both before check-in and after check-out. It really helped explore more of the city without baggage.
The room was a bit too warm despite attempts to adjust the thermostat.
